How to Find My Ticket?

There are 4 ways to find your ticket on Sports Thread.

Please note that if you used “Guest Checkout” to purchase your ticket you do not have access to the Sports Thread app or website. “Guest Checkout” tickets must be accessed after purchase or through your email.

Follow the steps below to find your ticket.

*If you used “Guest Checkout” and then created an account after your purchase your purchased tickets will not be in the new account*

*You can add your tickets to your native wallet and share tickets in all of these locations.*

Finding Your Ticket Through Ticket Receipt:

Steps to find your tickets through ticket receipt:

1. Immediately after purchasing your ticket, you will see a ticket purchase confirmation screen.
2. Navigate to the “view/manage tickets” button.
3. Click this button to be directed to a page where your QR code tickets will appear.

Finding Your Ticket Through Email:

Steps to find your tickets through email:

1. Search for an email from no-reply@sportsthread.com.
2. In this email you will find a button labeled “view/manage” tickets.
3. Click this button and you will be routed to sportsthread.com where your tickets will appear.

Finding Your Ticket Through The Sports Thread App:

Steps to find your tickets through the Sports Thread app:

1. Login to your account on the Sports Thread app
2. Tap My Profile & Tickets
3. Select Tickets

Finding Your Ticket Online:

Steps to find your tickets online:

1. Navigate to Sportsthread.com and sign in.
2. Click your name in the top right corner and then “My events” from the dropdown.
3. Here you can select any event you have bought tickets for and after doing so your tickets will appear.
