Payment Error When Buying a Ticket.

Follow the steps below to try to resolve the purchase error.

Steps to resolve purchase errors:

1. Make sure your card information is entered correctly.
2. Ensure your card has adequate funds to complete the purchase
3. Check to see if your bank/card issuer has contacted you to approve the purchase. If they have, approve the purchase and wait at least 1 minute to try and complete your transaction again.
