Draft, pending and decline colors and meaning

The status meanings for “Draft”, “Pending”, and “Decline” are below.

Draft, pending, and decline colors and meaning:

1. Draft: The athlete has not completed the registration process and will need to click on their registration link and log back into their account to complete and pay.
2. Pending: Something is wrong with their age verification and they have not responded to our request for more information. Please have the athlete/parent check their email for an email from us or contact us @ customerservice@sportsthread.com.
3. Decline: The athlete was declined, this can be for many reasons. Including but not limited to; declined by league due to disciplinary action, the wrong document was used for age verification or we have not received proper supporting documentation that we requested by the deadline. (every league will not have the declined status)
4. On Roster/Approved: The athlete is approved and on the roster. Age verification requirement is satisfied.
