What Does “Missing Waiver Consent” Mean?

When viewing your roster, the status “Missing Waiver Consent” may appear. Information on why this status may appear and how the athlete can fix it is below.

When viewing your roster, an athlete will have the age verification status “Missing Waiver Consent” if they are yet to sign the liability waiver for the event that you have registered for.

If your team participates in multiple events hosted by different organizations that use Sports Thread for registration and age verification throughout the season, each athlete will still need to sign the specific liability waiver for each event host in order to participate.

As a coach, you will receive an email from customerservice@sportsthread.com prior to your event informing you that there are athletes on your roster that need to sign their liability waiver.

This email also includes steps on how to view your player statuses and find which specific athletes need to complete this step.

Parents and athletes will receive an email from customerservice@sportsthread.com prior to the event informing them that the liability waiver has not yet been signed.

This email includes steps on how the parent/athlete can sign the liability waiver and join the roster.
