Age Verification Refunds

Sports Thread age verification is a season-long pass that can be used at any Sports Thread age-verified event.

*Due to this and the terms of service accepted during the age verification process, age verification can not be refunded.*

The exception is if an athlete has age verification paid for twice within the same season. If you believe this case is applicable to you please contact us at customerservice@sportsthread.com for our team to look into.
