How Do I Get a Refund For My Ticket?

For refunds, please reach out to the event host through their website, or their email listed on the homepage of where you purchased your tickets.

*As the ticketing software provider, Sports Thread does not hold the transaction between the ticket purchaser and the event host. Ticket funds are transferred directly to the event host upon completion of the purchase.*
