Payment Errors - Team Registration
Please follow the steps below to try to resolve the payment error.
Steps to resolve payment errors:
- Make sure your card information is entered correctly.
- Ensure your card has adequate funds to complete the purchase
- Check to see if your bank/card issuer has contacted you to approve the purchase. If they have, approve the purchase and wait at least 1 minute to try and complete your transaction again.
- Try to register your teams from an incognito or private browser.For more steps to open a browser "Incognito," please see below:
- Google Chrome: Click on the menu on the upper right - it's the three vertical dots - and select “New Incognito Window” from the list.
- Microsoft Edge: Click on the menu at the upper right -- it's three dots arranged horizontally - and choose New InPrivate Window from the menu.
- Mozilla Firefox: Click on the three short horizontal lines -- select a “New private window”.
- Safari: Click “File” menu and click on “New Private Window”.
